I thought I'd share some pictures I've taken at work, firstly early hours Sunday morning around 0020 hours of 4916 and 4201 at Campbelltown on SL63 pass, it sat at C'town until 0040 following SN93 Endeavour South

What do you think guys and gals

Cheers

Nate aka Elvis

Didn't know there was still a 42 running around. I approve of people taking their cameras to work! I recall a thread somewhere where the practice was frowned upon

You might have read that in ausloco where Eddie Oliver had a chop at Elvis. Now as to Eddie Oliver you have to be careful as he works for DOT in NSW so you don't really know when he is wearing his railfan hat or his DOT hat. What I will say is that he likes to pick fights with people on-line and if he picks a fight with you in one forum he will if given the oppertunity carry it into another. Hence my dressing down I gave him in aus.rail

Now what you are going to find strange with Eddie 's on line persona is that his behaviour is totally out of character for someone whose interlect is in the top 1% of the population as he was a lecturer in Maths and Stats at Macquarie University.
Didn't see that one Greg, this one raged in Failpage. A lot of holier than thou crap about loyalty to your employer, should not mix safety work with hobby blah blah blah. From memory it died when Fatty piped up and told them his employer insists that he takes his camera to work. A lot of our business comes from the image we can project, so that special shot you might manage on a trip could be the next image in an advertising campaign, on a brochure or in a trade publication.

And oh yes - you gotta watch what you say when those regulators are sniffing around (Hi Ken  )
Yes EHO has apparently been instumental in a number of railfans nearly loosing their jobs from harmless posts on the forums :-(

AFAIK:

4201 Operational for tours
4202 CF
4203 O'Donohugue's Pub, Emu Plains, Sydney . Somwhat shortened and kids playground.
4204 Operational (last I heard was that due to weight if it leaves Cowra it cant come back)
4205 CF
4206 Operational but can hardly go anywhere far.
Brad what does the CF mean ?
Completely F#$@ked?

Thanks! That makes sense now. :an_buck2:
That was just a guess. We'll have to wait for Spadge's reply to get the true meaning

Perhaps this little point is something we should let get out amonst the railfan community. He could find himself being a'holed from a few yahoo groups.
