A man is believed dead and others injured after a car crashed through a fence and hit a train after leaving a major road in Sydney's south.
The man in his 40s was driving south on the Princes Highway at Engadine just before 6pm tonight when he apparently lost control of his vehicle.
It smashed through fencing next to the track near Waterfall station and rammed into a commuter train.
10 paramedic crews are attending the scene.
