C17 971 Steams Again
On Wednesday 14th March, 2007, SDSR created a little bit of history. After 10 years of hard work and dedication, today we saw C17 971 make her first move under steam since 1969.

Don't forget the Open Day on Sunday (18th March)!

I agree. And its nice to see some original colouring instead of that purple / blue trash that the other crowd vandalised painted that other C17 with....

Its a most impressive outcome - obviously a lot of dedicated and committed people. Now all they need is a nice vintage diesel of some sort to compliment their operations!Cool
