5915 has it. Yes, it's between Willowburn and Toowoomba, and it is indeed a stockie ex Quilpie - 6801 to Cannon Hill. The date is 18 January 1987.

As a network user and observer for more than a few years now I believe there is a significant difference between the network's capacity, and what Aurizon believes to be the network's capacity.
