00:25- PN009, PN012, Moolabin
PN12 was with me on 87P2 this morning at 0025. I wish we had two PN12s, it's a good loco!
Thanks Fatty!
Must have been my fat fingers striking again...probably was PN013 then.
Cheers,
PB75.

Hi all
A badly bent IBJX and the first of the two 4-wheel FCZY container wagons 4??14 have just been trucked out of Southyard...I'm guessing they'll be going to Sims Metals at the Townsville Port. The FCZY still had its single axel bogies fitted.
Cheers

Townsville Jetty branch
8.20; 9255 - 2808/2275 with lead ingot, chemical containers and fuel tankers.
First time I've seen 2275, 'eagle' paint still as new and the loco has a toilet fitted to the long hood. She's been in service since 2009 but looks in much better condition than the other older 2250s up here.
Cheers

Had a drive past Sims this afternoon, couldn't see the IBJX or the FCZY...I guess they might be on the road south somewhere or at Stuart instead...bit of a mystery at the moment.

LE movement yesturday around 930ish, 2275, 2808, 28?? & EMD/EDI 4047 from the jetty to Stuart. 2275 looked very well presented then the other eagle color schemes on the 2800's. They crossed 8318 on a PN magnetite shuttle service from Partington. Unfortunatly I was to far away from the two consists passing eachother wouldve looked nice having 4047 along side 8318.
