Clues.......Spotted 1089 for the first time in 1964 on this section helping in re sleepering operations, an " as required " DD17 hauled pineapple train used this section, In the 60's AC16's were spotted delivering logs to a nearby sawmill, and a daily B18 1/4 goods traversed this section...

Life is like a roll of toilet paper.  The closer it gets to the end, the faster it goes.
No to Bindha and Bald Hills...Will let it go for another day or so and if not guessed, I will add a pic on the opposite direction, which should make it easier...

When driving D17 122 for the last time on 175 down in Feb 1967 into Buranda did you stop at this station?

Yes. 175 down was all stations to SB, the last steam hauled down service of the day. I was " learning the ropes " at the time and handed back to the driver for the rest of the trip. 122 was my favourite among the D17 fleet, and to this day ( not many to go ) I am dismayed why none of this class was preserved in original condition, whereas a couple of other classes had 2 or more members so preserved..
