2x 1720s with 39 stock wagons westbound through Miles.

I'm excited.

You missed the eastbound move to Dinmore on Saturday arvo with 2365 leading the two 1720s (only one online though).....

Same again mate, another Saturday afternoon move? I may have free time and a camera/video camera. ;D

I support the move to put Freight on Rail. Whats the point of having infrastructure if it is not being utilised.

Is this to be the last cross of two Sunlanders (or Diesel- hauled passenger carriages) at Yandina? There should be two more Sunlander crosses to go until the first set is withdrawn...

Thanks Arthur!!

Sadly counting down the 'lasts' for the Sunlander. This was the last Tuesday departure from Cooroy...

Unusual to see a 24 leading, unless both are 24's. Usually the lead loco is a 2000hp plus loco.
Driving D17 122 for the last time on 175 down in Feb 1967 at Buranda before she was scrapped.
are those Landers TMC or DOO...naturally if DOO they'd be loco with ATP hence a 24 with lead status...
Home on the range.....
QR seems to be running anything up front now...2400s often lead 2150s through Townsville and vice versa. Twin 2150s is also a common combo too.
