Afternoon all, I have a few sightings from Leightonfield that I would like to share, they are as follows

NR120 comes flying past Leightonfield, with an empty Aggregate train, bound for the Southern Highlands, the fellow at right of screen is an SCT Crew member, who is awaiting train 4BM9

Said train 4BM9 arrives on scene with SCT014/CSR005, after the crew do their customary checks, the train will be on it's way

Following hot on the heels of 4BM9 was train 5NY3, with a freshly painted NR109/NR23, this train will proceed to Whyalla in South Australia, via Cootamundra West, and Parkes

LDP'S007/003 Leads 2MB7 through North Strathfield, this train is heading to Acacia Ridge in Queensland, where it will terminate

NR114/AN3/NR61 leads 2MB4 through North Strathfield on the main lines, this train will also be heading to Acacia Ridge in Queensland

A rather grubby looking CSR 004, leads a cleaner CSR009 through North Strathfield on the Relief, this will be heading to the SCT Depot at Bromelton, just on the QLD side of the border

Hi all, I have been away for the past week up to Armidale, I managed to squeeze in a few pics whilst I was away, they are as follows

Sydney Trains owned 4819 stands in between Platforms 1 and 2 at Central on Saturday the 29th September, the Melbourne bound XPT was 2 hours late on that day, and I rather suspect that the 48 must have brought it in

NP23 Stands at Werris Creek on Saturday September 29th, shortly it will depart for Armidale

There was a ballast train working up at Armidale last week, and I was lucky enough to have captured a shot of it, here the combination of Alcos 864/4477/852/872 stand ready to depart Armidale, and head for Ballasting duties between Uralla, and Walcha Road, shot was taken yesterday

Hi all, for any Interurban fans out there, I have a photo to share from North Strathfield from November the 4th last year, it is as follows

Interurban set V48 speeds along the relief at North Strathfield, this was not a normal passenger run, so I was unsure as to it's destination, possibly points further up North

CSR'S003/007 Arrive at Leightonfield with 2MB9, they replaced a connection whilst there, so I was able to get them again going through Chester Hill

8254 was on the Leightonfield Steel shunt, and it came out after the previous train 2MB9 made it to Chullora

On September 12 last year, an empty Coalie trundles through Clyde, with 8248/28/33/45 at the helm, they are running up the Mountains to load somewhere

CSR'S002/007 arrive in Leightonfield Loop with a late running 4MB9, they had to perform some minor repairs whilst here, and they will be seen in a later photo

A fairly clean 1102 leads Helga 1435 on a Trip Train ,bound for Minto, this train has come from Port Botany

The Patterson Railmotor society is running a tour to the Riverina today, using HPC402, this can be seen running outbound through Leightonfield

Having made the repairs, 4MB9 is seen running through Sefton with CSR'S002/007 at the helm
