We all got turfed to Sydney today and arrived back at lunchtime from the joys of Newcastle.
A coalie spun to a halt just coming out of the Kotara side of Tickhole tunnel sometime around 4.30 am.
I say sometime because perhaps a little too much shift work was indulged in, and for some reason in all that rain I was having feverish visions of white bears, or lack thereoff.
Havn't heard the joys yet if D49 made it out, made it back or whatever, but no doubt will tomorrow.
One window doesnt close properly, and the seats, floor, whatever was covered with icy rain, which we had to dwell in for a while.
Anyway time to pass out, another early joyful start in the morning.
They just sacked a guy for daring to have a bit of mull in his system, strangely, he used to function better than most of us who do the silly starts at ridiculous hours cold turkey.
Anyway, try to catch up tomorrow...
Cheers.
BTW they are sending Cs3 I think for that work train, as well as K206.
Apparently, they still need our " services" as no one else wants the work.
So, on it goes...
Amid all the crap, it is a welcome pustule of truth bursting forth.

Well, as they say, "normal" is just a setting on a dryer. So if you stick enough people in a laundry room, someone is bound to want to violate that dryer.

She really is quite the hornbag, just a tad up herself and prone to loosing her temper it seems.
I don't think she has given up the hobby full time, just for about a week each month.

White bears and hornbags...Yes!
Anyway....just heard a funny story...
One of our OCC blokes gets a phone call.
Turned out that one of our "Rail safety workers" was locked up in Coota.
The police had to visit a motel where they had recieved an alert, and found the gentleman in question "maliciously" damaging a motel room, and he had detonators spread far and wide on the floor.
Fun fun fun!
They have gone and changed my shift again, now it is that revolting fourth world cesspit known as RSR and will drag onto some stupid hours of the morning.
Joy!
Still up for Saturday night though, but dont expect much sense out of me.....

This was posted four days ago Colonel, did you mean up for last Saturday nights gathering or this Saturdays SMUT Modellers Club night? The SMUT night is a bit of a fizzer, but at least we still have alcohol :-)
Oh heck, I am on medication so can't have alcohol.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh wooooooooooooooooo is me.
