Drink driver hits freight train
#1
It must have been the train's fault:

ABC Web Site Wrote:A man has been charged with drink driving after allegedly crashing his car into a moving freight train in the New South Wales southern highlands last night.

The 31-year-old was not injured after he hit the train at a rail crossing at Moss Vale at 8:20pm (AEST).

Police say the man gave a blood alcohol reading of 0.133, well over twice the legal limit.

He has been charged with mid-range drink driving and his licence has been suspended.

The man is due to face court next month.

Regardless, the train drivers would have been put on the bag as well.
