Australia Day Newcastle Flyer to the National Maritime Festival
#1
Hi Everyone,

Heritage Express is running a tour to Newcastle on Australia Day for the National Maritime Festival. It looks fantastic i hope everyone has their tickets booked.

Enjoy an express heritage train journey and great river views on one of NSW's most scenic rail rides.

Speed through the Sydney suburbs, over the hills to Hornsby, along the scenic Hawkesbury waterways and into the Central Coast. Settle back in stylish carriages dating back to the 1920s and enjoy the views.

At Newcastle, the festivities of the National Maritime Festival are right by the railway station and waterfront. See boats of all shapes and sizes -- there's tug boats, tall ships, steam boats and speed boats -- all moving about throughout the day. Don't miss the swimming races, aerobatics, food and markets, 'Ducks for Dollars' competition and live entertainment -- it's a great event for the whole family!
